Our mission at Goodiebox is to make the world just a little happier - big words we know. But we believe we can do it, starting with our fantastic members. We are looking for a new full-time Happiness Hero for the Danish market.


As a Happiness Hero Full-time you are...

  • The right hand of the Team Lead - this means you are the person that the other Happiness Heroes go to when they have questions
  • Responsible for the customer service of our brand Comme Deux
  • Responsible to answer the members questions - on phone, e-mail and social media
  • The one reporting to the Team Lead of Team happiness about challenges / current issues that may be in the team
  • Helping to develop and make Team happiness even better
  • Helping to secure our Trustpilot score on 9.7/9.8

Requirements

  • You have preferably completed a Bachelor (incommunication or marketing)
  • Extraordinary understanding for creating wow for our members
  • A deeply rooted desire to provide the worlds best customer service
  • Good experience with customer service, but ready to be challenged on everything you have learned before
  • Lots of energy, drive - even in busy periods
  • Good adaptability and ready to acquire new knowledge
  • Fluent in English & native in Danish
